1. Who we are
Pyravexion ("Pyravexion", "we", "us") is operated by Raymond Veenema, an individual based in Delaware, USA. Pyravexion is not currently operated through a separate registered company. These Terms govern your use of pyravexion.com and any software we distribute through it, including Pocketfuzz Desktop.
2. The service
Pyravexion develops Pocketfuzz, a personal budgeting app. Pocketfuzz Desktop is offered as a free tier with usage limits, and a paid Premium subscription (billed monthly or yearly) that removes those limits. A Premium subscription is delivered as a signed license key, tied to the email address used at purchase.
3. Accounts and passwords
You may create an account by registering directly, or one may be created automatically when you complete a purchase using an email address that doesn't already have one. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. Payments and Paddle
All purchases on pyravexion.com are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your order. This means Paddle handles billing, applicable sales tax/VAT, and payment processing, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
5. License grant
A completed Premium subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Pocketfuzz Desktop's Premium features for as long as your subscription remains active. The license is tied to the license key issued to you and shouldn't be shared or resold. We may revoke a license key that was issued in error, obtained fraudulently, or tied to a purchase that Paddle has refunded or reversed.
6. Cancelling a subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page, which links to Paddle's customer portal. Cancelling stops future billing; your Premium access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to bypass license verification, reverse-engineer the software beyond what applicable law permits, or interfere with the operation of pyravexion.com.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Pyravexion isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use pyravexion.com after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
