Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data pyravexion.com collects, why, and who we share it with. Pyravexion is operated by Raymond Veenema ("Pyravexion", "we", "us").

1. Information we collect

If you register an account, we store your name, email address, and a salted hash of your password — never the password itself. If you purchase a subscription, we (or an account created automatically for you) store your email address, chosen password hash, the plan and license key issued to you, and identifiers for the related Paddle customer and subscription so we can look up billing status. If you're logged in, we set a single session cookie used only to keep you signed in — we don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

2. Payment information

We never see or store your card details. Purchases are handled entirely by Paddle.com, our payment processor and Merchant of Record, who collects your billing details directly and shares back only your email address, order/subscription identifiers, and purchase status. 3. Who we share data with

We use a small number of third-party services to run pyravexion.com:

  • Paddle.com — payment processing and Merchant of Record for all purchases.
  • Resend — delivery of transactional emails (verification links, license keys).
  • Neon — hosting of our Postgres database.
  • Vercel — hosting of the pyravexion.com application itself.

We don't sell your data or share it for advertising purposes.

4. Data retention

We keep account and license data for as long as your account exists, and purchase records for as long as needed to satisfy tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time (see below).

5. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing support@pyravexion.com. Deleting your account data may also deactivate any associated license keys.

6. Children's privacy

Pyravexion isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
